1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Upper Niger River Basin Development Authority (UNRBDA) is a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Water Resources saddled with the responsibility of developing and harnessing both surface and underground water resources for multi-purpose use. In line with its mandate and in furtherance of the goals of ERGP as relates to economic diversification, poverty reduction and job creation, the Authority wishes to procure works, goods and services in the financial year 2018.
