The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of Bilingual Education Project which will be implemented in Adamawa, Borno, Gombe, Kaduna, Kano, Kwara, Nassarawa, Niger and Osun States. The country intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consultancy Services. The services include Design, Review and Works Supervision. Please refer to the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for these project(s) that appeared in Guardian and Daily Trust Newspapers dated 17th and 18th April 2018 respectively.
