CALL FOR PROPOSALS FROM MEDIA BUYING AGENCIES

THE CHALLENGE INITIATIVE (TCI) in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins University Centre for Communication Programs (JHCCP) is soliciting proposals from media buying agencies or other similarly skilled organizations to schedule and secure airtime for the broadcast of radio and television spots. The broadcasts will be on national TV and radio stations as well as on radio and television stations broadcasting in the following states: Ogun, Delta, Bauchi Niger, Kano, Abia, Anambra, Plateau, Rivers and Taraba. The successful bidder will provide media buying services between October 2018 and September 2019.
