REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (PRINTING OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS)

Tafawa Balewa Square Management Board Lagos, a Parastatal of Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investments, in compliance with the 2007 Procurement Act hereby invites interested and relevant companies to participation in the tendering process towards the implementation of the 2017 capital projects as itemised below:
Purchase of Software for the National Trade and International Business Data Centre
Development of Firefighting and prevention Procedure in TBS Complex
Procurement of field vehicles for the data surveys and gathering
National Trade and International Business Centre Sensitization visits to the states of South-South Geo Political Zone

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: All participating companies should show evidence of the following:
(i.) Business Registration with CAC;
(ii.) Tax registration with Tin No and tax clearance certificate for 2013-2015;
(iii.) VAT Registration Certificate;
(iv.) Compliance with PENCOM ACT with the evidence of a PENCOM Certificate;
(v.) Compliance with ITF act with the evidence of a current certification;
(vi.) Evidence of registration with BPP and NSITF;
(vii.) Evidence of financial ability to handle contract jobs.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
(a.) Tendering document can be collected from the office of the Director (Property & Technical services) from the 8th of September, 2017 upon a payment of non-refundable N10,000.00 deposits. Companies can tender for one or more projects
(b.) Duly signed Technical and Financial tenders sealed in an envelope and marked Technical and Financial Submission with a written declaration that no serving member of staff or their relatives is part of the ownership of the Company should be addressed to the Managing Director Tafawa Balewa Square Management Board, TBS Complex, Lagos and submitted not later than 12 noon, 11th October, 2017.
(c.) Submitted bids shall be opened by 12 noon same date in the TBSMB conference room.
(d.) Tendering Companies, interested NGOs and other interested members of the public are advised to send their representatives to witness the Bid Opening.

NOTE THAT ‘Notwithstanding the submission of the tender document, TBSMB is not committed or obliged to include any company on the contract list or be liable to any claims whatsoever. Only the preferred bidder will be invited to proceed with the execution stage.’
