RE: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 25 – YEARS NATIONAL PORTS MASTER PLAN – INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING – PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 4097

INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Ports Authority hereby wishes to draw the attention of the General Public to her earlier advertisement published in the Guardian and Daily Trust Newspaper as well as Federal Tenders Journal of Monday, 1st July 2019 in respect of Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Consultancy Services for the Development of a 25 – Years National Ports Master Plan – Public Notice No. 4097

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Item 12 under the Eligibility Criteria have been amended to read:
12. For Joint venture (JV)/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided. (Items 1-9 and 13 are compulsory for each national JV partner while items 1 (as issued in home country), 2, 8 and 13 are compulsory for each international JV partner.

SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) DOCUMENTS
The deadline for submission of EOI documents has been extended to 11:00 am on Monday, 26th August 2019

OPENING OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) DOCUMENTS
All EOI documents revolved before the deadline for submission will be opened immediately at 11:00 am on Monday, 26th August 2019
