INVITATION TO TENDER
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Law Reform Commission was established in 1979 by the Nigerian Law Reform Commission Act CAP N118 LFN 2004. The functions of the Commission as set out in Sections 5 and 7 of the Act are generally to keep under review all Federal Laws with a view to their systematic and progressive development and reform inconsonant with the prevailing norms of the Nigerian society.
