INVITATION TO TENDER FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2017/2018 (ADDENDUM)

Further to the publication(s) in the Punch and Daily Trust Newspapers of Thursday, June 15th 2017, and Federal Tenders Journal of Monday 26th June, 2017 on the above subject matter, this addendum has become necessary in order to correct certain aspects of the Advert(s) under reference.

(i.) For submission of bids for Lots 1-6, the deadline is hereby extended to 28th August 2017;
(ii.) In order to avoid over stretched capabilities, prospective bidders may not be allowed to bid for more than two (2) Lots. Any bidder that bids for more than two (2) Lots will be disqualified;
(iii.) Prospective bidders are required to submit the following additional documents in their technical bids:
(a.) Audited account for the last three (3) years – (2014, 2015 & 2016);
(b.) Sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any Officer of Nigeria Customs Service or the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidding and to confirm that all information presented in the bid are true and correct in all particulars;
(c.) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) or valid Certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
(iv.) The Tender Fee is hereby reduced from initial ₦30,000.00 to ₦10,000.00 per Lot;
(v.) Only technical bids for Lots 1-6 will be opened publicly on the bid closing date. Financial bids for successful bidders will be opened on a subsequent date, while those for unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened;
(vi.) Bids opening will commence immediately after submission deadline at the CGC Conference Room, Nigeria Customs Service Headquarters, Zone 3, Wuse, Abuja.

2.0 All other requirements as contained in the previous publication still subsist.

3.0 Any inconvenience caused due to omission in the earlier publication is highly regretted.
