1.0 The Federal Government of Nigeria has provided funds in the 2018 Appropriation for the Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS). The Agency, in pursuance of the Federal Government’s Agricultural policies aimed at improving the lives of ordinary Nigerians, desires to utilize part of the funds to procure Goods, Works and Service in various parts of the country.
