1. BACKGROUND
Nasarawa State Government is desirous of optimizing some of its critical assets by leveraging private sector innovation, skill, and capability. This is anchored on its COVID-19 Economic Response Plan. It is also in line with the State’s vision to be among the top three most competitive states in Nigeria by 2023, in terms of sustained accelerated growth, increased economic opportunities, and improved lives of its citizenry, as enshrined in the Nasarawa Economic Development Strategy (NEDS).
