1 INTRODUCTION
Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN) operator of the NNPC/MPN Joint Venture (JV) plans to carry out Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection Services on its offshore exploration, appraisal, and production location(s) in NNPC/MPN JV acreages. Anticipated contract term is two (2) years with an additional one (1) year optional period. An open competitive tendering process through the NipeX portal will be adopted and a contract will be awarded to more than one bidder at the lowest responsive evaluated price/rates
