1.0 INTRODUCTION
Edo State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development on behalf of Edo State Government trail its approved Budget for the fiscal year is desirous of carrying out the Construction of Hajj Camp at Edo State Muslims Pilgrims Welfare Board, Benin City; Edo State. Consequently, Edo State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders who wish to bid for the project.
