1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Court of Appeal of Nigeria wishes to undertake the Procurement of various Goods, Works and Services under the 2018 Capital Appropriation. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Court wishes to pre-qualify experienced and reputable contractors, suppliers and Consultancy service providers who wish to tender for the jobs specified below.
