The Federal College of Land Resources Technology (FECOLART), Owerri is one of the specialized Colleges of Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN), it was established to address the skilled manpower requirement in the areas of land/soil resources conservation and environmental management, food security and climate change management services in the rain forest ecological region, the college is hereby invites experienced and competent contractors/suppliers to submit bids for the following constituency/zonal intervention/capital works and goods.
