The Federal College of Education (Technical) Bichi, is a Tertiary Institution Established by Degree No 4 of 14th March, 1986 and reviewed by Decree No 3 of January 1993 by Federal Government of Nigeria with the sole aim of producing specialist Teachers in Technical, Vocational, Business and Science for the 6-3-3-4 system of Education.
