REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – (PRINTING OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS)
Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is a non-profit organization that promotes socio-economic development by supporting global health and economic initiatives in Nigeria. AHNi currently has its headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.
To support our program interventions in the country, AHNi is inviting quotations from qualified and interested Printing companies to submit sealed quotations for Printing of Reading and Numeracy Educational Materials as described below:

(C) INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS
Request for Quotation documents must contain the following information (the documents should be in separate sealed “Technical Bid Envelope” and “Financial Bid Envelope”). Please read this section carefully and be sure that all requested information is included in your submission. Evaluators will not make assumption and or draw inference regarding omission or incomplete information. Note that the submission of incomplete information could result in the rejection of Quotation.
The Minimum Eligibility requirement are as follows:
(1). Cover Page;
(2). Company Profile; registered address, functional email and telephone numbers and point of contact for the company;
(3). Evidence of legal registration document of the company (CAC, FORM C07 and FORM C02);
(4). Tax Clearance Certificate for 2014, 2015 and 2016;
(5). Evidence of Financial Capability (Audited Accounts for the last 3 years and Bank Reference Letter);
(6). Evident of Registration with the Chartered Professional Printers of Nigeria (CIPPON)
(7). Evidence of possession of experience in similar Jobs: Bidders must provide copy(s) of Job Order and Proof of delivery.
(8). At least 3 Reference letter(s) from an organization of similar award in size, scope and complexity within the last 5 years attesting to Satisfactory Performance.
(9). Cost quotation
In addition to cost, kindly indicate clearly the following commercial conditions in your quotation

(3). Quotation Validity
(D) SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
The hardcopies of the two proposal should be sealed separately in an envelope marked on the top right side with “PRINTING OF RANA MATERIALS”- Technical Proposal” and “PRINTING OF RANA MATERIALS”- Financial Proposal” and may be delivered by courier service or hand delivery. All quotation should be addressed to:

(E) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
AHNI is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted, but charges WHT (Withholding Tax) in compliance with relevant Nigeria TAX Laws.
All information submitted in connection with this Advert notice is valid for 60 days from the proposal due date. This includes but not limited to cost, pricing, terms and conditions, service level and all other information.

Prequalified vendors with competitive price will be required to produce sample in line with the specification of the Materials. ONLY vendor(s) with approved samples will be awarded the printing Job.
(F) DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTATION
All Quotation must be delivered on or before 5:00pm, Tuesday 22nd August, 2017. AHNi reserves the right to reject any quotation submitted after this date and time.
RIGHT TO SELECT OR REJECT
AHNi reserves the right to select and negotiate with those company it deems in its sole discretion to be qualified for competitive bid and to terminate negotiation without incurring any liability. Issuance of Request for Quotation Document does not constitute a commitment by AHNi to award a contract.
