1. The Edo State government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the International Development Association/World Bank (hereinafter referred to as IDA) toward the cost of financing the Edo Basic Education Sector and Skills Transformation Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement and Supply of Pickup Vans and Buses.
