(1) The Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a loan from the African Development Fund in the amount of UA 8.0 million (about USD 11.2 million), to finance the Plateau State Potato Value Chain Support Project (PVCSP), and intends to apply this loan for payments of goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this program.
