1) Driving Services
SCOPE OF SERVICE:
Provision of 55 Drivers for our fleet of automobiles
QUALITIES OF DRIVERS REQUIRED
i) Should be within the ages of 1 8- 45 years
ii) Must have a valid Drivers’ License with a minimum of 5 years driving experience
iii) Must have 2 guarantors one of which must be a senior civil servant
iv) Would provide intra/intercity driving services as the need arises
2) Security Services
SCOPE OF SERVICE:
Provision of 80 Security Guards within the ages of 18-45 years at the Board’s offices stated below:
• Bayelsa State offices
• Abuja Office
• Lagos Office
• Zonal offices located in Oguta. Warri, Port-harcourt, Eket, Igbokoda
3) CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY
Any Company applying to be pre-qualified must satisfy the following for eligibility:
I. it must be a limited liability company registered in Nigeria with support documents showing the ownership of the company is 51% owned by a Nigerian/s and other relevant CAC forms-C02, C07, ID etc
II. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) ending December 2016
III. It must have a current:-
i) ITF Clearance certificate
ii) Pencom Clearance Certificate
iii) NSITF Clearance Certificate
IV. Evidence of certificate of approval from Federal Road Safety Commission- FRSC (FOR DRIVERS ONLY)
V. Evidence of CATEGORY ‘A’ license from Nigeria Security & Civil Defence Corps -NSCDC (FOR SECURITY GUARD COYs)
VI. Evidence of similar previous jobs carried out within the past three(3) years including Verifiable Award Letters and Job Completion Certificates
VII. Sworn Affidavit that none of the Directors of the Company has been convicted in any Country for any criminal offence relating to fraud or any financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.
VIII. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board(NCDMB) or Bureau is a former or current Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars
IX. Interim Registration Report(IRR) as an evidence of registration on the National Database of Contractors/Consultants and Service Providers
X. Office Presence within the Oil and Gas zone will be an advantage.
XI. Evidence of Financial Capability from a Reputable Bank including Bank Reference letter and Bank Statements showing recent transactions of the bidding company.
XII. Indemnify the Board against any loss or damage of its assets by the driver or security guard
XIII. Submission of training plan for the drivers and security guards
XIV. Declaration to provide uniforms for staff
4) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Bidders are to Collect Bid documents from the Procurement Dept, upon the presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N25, 000. This payment can be made via various payment channels or through any bank as stated below: www.Remita.net

All certified documents must be original certified copy and currently dated.
i) The Technical and Financial Proposals should be submitted simultaneously in two separate sealed envelopes each and both placed in a bigger sealed envelope clearly marked on the top left hand comer of the envelop according to the tender number and service as indicated below – “BID FOR DRIVING SERVICES” OR -“BID FOR SECURITY SERVICES”

iii) All Submissions close at 1 2 Noon, Wednesday 20th December, 2016 and the pre-qualification documents shall be opened immediately after the submission deadline at the same venue
iv) The tender documents must be duly signed and delivered in the tender box located on the ground floor, NCDMB Head Office, Opolo, Yenagoa. Companies delivering bids are expected to sign the
v) “Tenders Register” before delivery in the tenders Box.
vi) Tenders received after the deadline shall not be considered and NCDMB shall owe no explanation for any rejection.
