1.0. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, in furtherance of its statutory mandate, intends to implement some capital projects after securing some funds in the 2018 Appropriation Act.

The Ministry, therefore, invites interested Contractors, Suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to tender for the procurement of Works and Goods to be provided in various states of the Niger Delta region as summarized in the following tables:
