1.0 BACKGROUND
The Lagos State Public Procurement Agency (The “Agency”) was established pursuant to the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency Law (the Law) enacted by the Lagos State House of Assembly on 21st October 2011. The PPA Law currently in operation is as amended and contained in Ch.56 Volume 6, Laws of Lagos State 2015. The objectives of the Agency set out in Section 14 of the Law and are reproduced hereunder:
