The Government of Katsina State through the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) with support from the DFID and UNICEF under the Sanitation, Hygiene and Water in Nigeria (SHAWN) programme, hereby invites tenders from reputable contractors for the construction of toilet facilities in 20 Local Government Education Authorities of the State.
