The Federal government of Nigeria has provided funds in the 2017 Appropriation for the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMA&RD). The Ministry, in pursuance of the Federal Government’s Agricultural policies aimed at improving the lives of ordinary Nigerians, desires to utilize part of the funds to procure Services under the Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS).
