The State Ministry of Health (“SMOH”), on behalf of the Enugu State Government (the “State”), is calling for Expression of Interest (“EOI”) from qualified institutions for the management of the Enugu Medical Diagnostic Center (“EMDC”). The State has made huge investment in this Project over the past few years, with a view to having it serve as the hub of its medical tourism strategy.
