PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE (“PQQ”) NOTICE FOR BBC MEDIA ACTION BASELINE/FORMATIVE RESEARCH

(1) PURPOSE OF THE PQQ
(1.1) BBC Media Action Nigeria is conducting a competitive procurement for the provision of research services. This is a two-stage procedure comprising of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) used to shortlist potential providers and the Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) used to evaluate tenders submitted by the shortlist of potential providers.
